It is hard to get a read on this taciturn man. He doesn't exactly wear his heart on his sleeve, nor does he speak his mind. But his actions speak loud enough- he is kind, in a curious and somewhat off-putting way; occasionally gifting little trinkets to his acquaintances or bringing people food, trailing behind those who have done him a kindness and acting the part of guard dog to anyone he trusts.That said, Tully shows the signs of a hard life in the same manner a stray dog might. He is very slow to trust and quick to run (or in some cases- bite). He is a bit spacey at times, which makes him easily startled. Those who sneak up on him one moment, even in good fun, may have a knife at their throat the next. He doesn't really seem to understand the concept of "playing around".Except with animals. He loves animals, and seems to know how to approach, communicate, play with, and ward off most critters. He only seems to be tense and wary around humans.*

༒︎ ㅤHistoryㅤ

The question of exactly where he came from remains largely unanswered, but a handful of people in the alleys of any given city might know at least what his name is. As he does not speak often and mostly uses sign language or gruff gestures to communicate, the information that circulates about him is sometimes contradictory and based on assumptions or gossip.Did he come from the mountains of Othard on a tradeship? Was he a Yyasulani native that got trapped in the dome? Is he just a poor vagabond who got lost one day?Certain aspects of his personality and reactions to stimuli (selective mutism, paranoia, fight or flight reflexes) suggest he may have had some trauma or abuse in his earlier years. No one really knows, but he's here now and would like your business (and a bite of your lunch please).

༒︎ㅤㅤMinerㅤ

Tully has a preference for caves and dark places, and thus he is often overworking himself in the mines. If you have a need for coal, gemstones, minerals, etc. Tully's your man. He often has such useful and valuable items in his pocket (as well as less-useful items such as... just rocks).

༒︎ㅤㅤSleeperㅤ

This poor man is often asleep at the wheel-- or in a chair, or at the bar, or on a public bench. He has mild narcolepsy and is not quite able to stay awake most times. Did he fall asleep while you were talking? Conk out next to you and fall over on you? Whoops.

༒︎ㅤㅤOnyx Hareㅤ

Due to some interesting circumstances, Tully has been roped into Arcadion fighting in Solution 9, appearing as the "Onyx Hare". He uses Spriggan feral souls, his moves involving reflections off of large stones to confuse his opponents or encasing them in heaps of onyx. He often loses due to falling asleep in battle.

Tully often has something traditionally "cute" in his possession. Whether it is a stuffed moogle keychain on his belt or a pastel handkerchief in his pocket, he seems to have a soft spot for whimsical things and is attracted to bright colors and soft textures. If he loses one in the mines, he can be found sulking until he either finds it or replaced it.

Have you given this man food? Like any sort of wild animal, he often trails after those who have shown him kindness. Would we... call it stalking? Perhaps, but he can be shooed away easily enough if you find him at your doorstep. Don't be too nice to him though, you might get a permanent shadow!

Of his many "professions", a few of them are less than savory. Do you need something or someone removed? He's just the "cleaner" for you. He's quite skilled at going unnoticed until it's too late, and unfortunately does not seem to show any guilt or remorse in performing morally questionable deeds.
